Welcome! - Things You Need To Know - Shipping Details
Orders are normally processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There is the potential for small delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues that are outside of our control.
However you will be notified if this is the case and we are fully informed.
Domestic Shipping Rates (at this time, we only ship within the United States).
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges and or taxes for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders typically ship via fed-ex and UPS for the best tracking practices.
PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING TIME MAY VARY FOR PRE-ORDER OR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at K'LA KIMARI.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to contract us.
The following terms are applicable for products (where there is no exceptions, such as custom items):
*You have 10 days from the date you purchased your merchandise. *For a return to be eligible for a refund, you must return the merchandise in the original packaging
and/or in brand new condition, as received.
If returned within the specified return period, we will reimburse you no later than 5 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. Any credit or payment amount will be refunded using the same means of payment as used for the order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. THIS DOES NOT APPLY to any applicable fees from your financial institute's processing.
● The following Goods CANNOT be returned:
● Any custom goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
● The supply of any good which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned.
● The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (an example would be undergarments)
*We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods:
You will use the return label and be guided on the return process when you contact us by phone or email. Further you can simply return (standard shipping activity is
with USPS and FEDEX). However, you have the right to return the merchandise via a shipping group or service of your choice, at the relative and separate cost).
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail method. We are unable to issue
a refund without an actual purchase receipt on record.
**NOTE: If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you. If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to
themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver accordingly.
